Come explore the watershed…at this full-day sketching, drawing, and painting outdoor workshop led by artists Jan Norsetter and Jonathan Wilde. Jan and Jonathan will share their expertise as you capture the beauty of the Lower Sugar Watershed. The workshop will be held at the Southern Wisconsin Land Conservancy’s scenic Three Waters Reserve.

Summer Session: "Community and Connection to Land, Self and Others"- Are you suffering from Nature Deficit Disorder? 

We are less connected to the land than ever before due to increased screen time and more indoor activities. Urbanization has left us with fewer green spaces. This lack of exposure to the natural environment can result in our feeling disconnected not just from the land, but also ourselves and others.

We will explore and connect with the different habitats at Three Waters Reserve with all our senses through forest bathing led by Kate Bast. We will ground ourselves and then create a mandala as a group using materials we find on the ground.
